Complimentary Early-Arrival Bonus Terms

The complimentary early-arrival night is an optional bonus available to qualifying attendees who pay their selected Business of Beauty experience investment in full at registration.
The official start will be on September 6, 2026. The early-arrival night is provided solely as an added convenience for guests who would like additional flexibility with flights, time to settle in, or an opportunity to explore the area before the official experience begins.
Details to keep in mind
Early Bag Drop-Off
Guests may arrive at the property to drop off their luggage anytime after 11:00 AM on September 5, 2026.
Because our team will still be preparing the property, guests will not be able to access their rooms, remain at the property, or use the property’s amenities before 6:00 PM.
Luggage will be stored in a designated area until the property officially opens. Guests should keep passports, medications, electronics, valuables, and essential travel items with them.
Guests arriving before 6:00 PM should plan to explore the surrounding area, visit the beach, enjoy a meal, or arrange another activity at their own expense after dropping off their luggage.
Property and Room Access
Early-arrival guests may begin accessing their accommodations and using the available property amenities beginning at 6:00 PM on September 5.
Room assignments and access instructions will be provided by our team. Guests are expected to follow all property rules and respect any areas that remain closed or are still being prepared.
Food and Beverages
A small charcuterie spread will be available for early-arrival guests during the evening of September 5.
This is intended as a light welcome offering and is not a full dinner or meal service. Guests should plan to purchase or arrange any additional food they may need that day.
Private chef service, scheduled meals, hosted cocktail hours, workshops, and official Business of Beauty programming begin on September 6, 2026.
Evening Arrival Deadline
The property will be secured for the evening at 11:00 PM.
Guests who expect to arrive after 11:00 PM must contact our team in advance so special arrival arrangements can be discussed and confirmed. Property access after 11:00 PM cannot be guaranteed without prior communication and written confirmation from our team.
Transportation and Independent Activities
Transportation to the property is not included with the early-arrival bonus unless specifically stated in the attendee’s registration package.
Airport transportation, taxis, rental vehicles, excursions, meals away from the property, and other activities on September 5 are the responsibility of the attendee.
Guests who choose to explore Costa Rica before arriving at the property do so independently and are responsible for their own transportation, reservations, expenses, decisions, and personal safety.
Optional Bonus, Value, and Use
Attendees are not required to arrive early or use this bonus. Choosing not to use the early-arrival night will not affect access to the official Business of Beauty experience beginning September 6.
The early-arrival bonus:
Includes accommodations for the qualifying registered attendee on the night of September 5, 2026
Is optional and is not required to be used
Has no stated, transferable, or redeemable dollar value
Cannot be exchanged for cash, a refund, registration credit, or a reduction in the experience investment
Cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or reassigned to another person
Cannot be applied toward another night, room upgrade, meal, excursion, transportation, future event, or other purchase
Applies only to the qualifying registered attendee unless additional arrangements are confirmed in writing
Will be forfeited without compensation if the attendee chooses not to use it or is unable to arrive on September 5
This bonus is being provided solely as an added convenience and experience benefit. It is not a separately purchased component of the registration package.
Travel Delays and Changes
The Business of Beauty, Adelaide Salon Strategies, the host, and their representatives are not responsible for delayed or canceled flights, missed connections, transportation interruptions, weather conditions, baggage delays, or other circumstances that prevent or delay an attendee’s arrival.
Guests should provide their travel information to our team as soon as it becomes available and communicate promptly if their arrival plans change.
No refund, credit, reimbursement, or replacement benefit will be provided if an attendee is unable to use the early-arrival night because of travel delays, cancellations, personal circumstances, or any other reason.
Travel Insurance Is Strongly Recommended
We strongly encourage every attendee to purchase comprehensive travel insurance shortly after registering and booking travel.
Depending on the policy selected, travel insurance may provide protection related to:
Trip cancellation or interruption
Flight delays or cancellations
Medical emergencies
Emergency evacuation
Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
Weather-related disruptions
Other qualifying unforeseen circumstances
Travel insurance is not included in the experience investment and is the responsibility of each attendee. Guests should carefully review the policy’s terms, coverage limits, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and deadlines before purchasing.
The Business of Beauty, Adelaide Salon Strategies, the host, and their representatives do not provide travel insurance and cannot guarantee that a particular claim or circumstance will be covered.
Official Experience Start
The official Business of Beauty experience begins on September 6, 2026.
The September 5 early-arrival night does not include an additional day of workshops, scheduled programming, hosted excursions, transportation, full meal service, or official retreat activities unless specifically communicated in writing.
By selecting, accepting, or using the complimentary early-arrival bonus, the attendee confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these terms.
