This retreat is very personal to me.
My team and I have created a soul soothing experience where connection, clarity, laughter, and really good wine come together for an experience like nothing I have ever found, and everything I have always hoped for.
This is not a hustle retreat.
It is not a “fix your life” retreat.
And while it is intentionally not packed with rigid schedules and back-to-back sessions, it is also so much more than a vacation.
After 30 years behind the chair, as an owner, and now as a business strategist, I know for certain that as beauty professionals, we live by appointment times. We spend our days pouring ourselves into our clients. We hold space for them. We listen. We create. We give our energy over and over again. Then we go home and continue giving to our families and the people we love.
I know what that feels like and the roller coaster of emotions that goes along with this career. I have lived it, and I get it!
This retreat is about turning that energy back toward yourself for a few days.
I wanted to create something that feels spacious. A place where you can wake up slowly, have coffee without rushing, sit with a glass of wine and meaningful conversation, and laugh in a way that reminds you who you are outside of your service menu.
Yes, there will be business inspiration woven in. There will be conversations that spark clarity and fresh ideas. There will be optional working sessions for those moments when you feel inspired to lean in. But there is no pressure and no performance. Just real connection with other professionals who understand this industry and the unique weight and beauty of what we do.
My intention with this retreat is simple. I want you to leave feeling rested, inspired, and reconnected to yourself. I want you to remember why you fell in love with this industry in the first place, and to feel supported as you grow into whatever is next.

OHHHH, and nobody asking "what's for dinner?" Our own private chef will be onsite, preparing fresh and amazing meals and snacks each day... ALL INCLUDED!!!
