1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any Adelaide Salon Systems offer, including but not limited to programs, coaching, workshops, masterminds, retreats, memberships, digital products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you should not use or purchase any services.

2. Services Overview

Adelaide Salon Systems provides education, business coaching, systems support, marketing resources, templates, and community-based experiences designed for salon owners and business professionals.

All services are educational and informational in nature.

No guarantees are made regarding results. Outcomes depend on individual effort, implementation, market conditions, and other external factors

3. Community Guidelines

Participation in any Adelaide Salon Systems community, mastermind, workshop, retreat, or group program requires:

Professional and respectful behavior toward all participants

Constructive and collaborative engagement

Confidentiality is required. You agree not to share, disclose, or distribute any information shared by other participants, including but not limited to:

  • Personal stories

  • Business strategies

  • Pricing information

  • Team or client situations

  • Private challenges

Adelaide Salon Systems reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines.

Removal from any program does not guarantee a refund.

4. Testimonials & User Content

By submitting testimonials, feedback, reviews, survey responses, comments, or messages, you grant Adelaide Salon Systems a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for:

  • Marketing

  • Educational materials

  • Promotional purposes

We may edit content for clarity or anonymity upon request.

We will not disclose sensitive personal, financial, or confidential business information without explicit permission.

5. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining access to required tools, which may include:

  • Email

  • Zoom

  • CRM platforms (e.g., Go High Level)

  • Design tools (e.g., Canva)

  • Social media platforms

  • Online course portals

Adelaide Salon Systems is not liable for delays or failure of service caused by

  • Lack of access to required technology

  • Internet issues

  • Third-party platform outages

  • Incomplete client-provided information

6. Scheduling & Appointments

For all scheduled sessions:

  • You agree to attend on time and prepared

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for rescheduling

Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session.

Sessions may still end at the originally scheduled time if you arrive late.

Adelaide Salon Systems reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. A new session time will be provided.

7. Communication Policy

Communication channels may include:

  • Email

  • Text message

  • Zoom

  • Private community platforms

  • Messaging apps (e.g., Telegram, Voxer)

Response times vary depending on the level of service purchased.
Business-hour access does not guarantee immediate responses.

8. Client Responsibilities

By participating, you agree that you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information

  • Attending scheduled sessions

  • Completing required forms, assignments, or pre-work

  • Implementing provided strategies

  • Maintaining respectful communication

You are solely responsible for your:

  • Business decisions

  • Legal compliance

  • Licenses and permits

  • Taxes and financial records

  • Insurance and employment practices

Adelaide Salon Systems does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Adelaide Salon Systems are protected intellectual property, including:

  • Workbooks and templates

  • Training materials and videos

  • CRM systems and automations

  • Funnels, copy, and marketing assets

  • Course and community content

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal business use only.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

  • Resell or sublicense content

  • Share materials outside your organization

  • Use materials to create competing products or services

10. Payments & Billing

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

If you enroll in a payment plan:

  • You agree to complete all scheduled payments

  • Payment plans are not cancellable unless explicitly stated

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension of access

  • Removal from programs

  • Collection efforts for unpaid balances

11. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, coaching, and consulting services:

  • All sales are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Non-refundable items include:

  • Deposits

  • Setup fees

  • Registration fees

  • Beta pricing

Refunds will NOT be issued due to:

  • Lack of participation

  • Missed sessions

  • Failure to implement strategies

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Change of mind

  • Technology limitations

12. Privacy Policy

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Utah.
